Privacy Policy
VERSION OF SEPTEMBER 16, 2026
1. Who handles your data
KVASH Lab is responsible for personal data received through this institutional website. Contact collaboration@kvashlab.com about privacy. Our location is Brasília neighborhood, Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil, postal code 44088-000.
2. Information collected and purposes
When you contact us, you provide your name, email, message, interest and project stage. Company, website, budget and referral source are optional. We use this information to understand and respond to your request and continue the conversation. Do not send sensitive personal data or third-party information without authorization.
3. Legal bases
The form requests your consent to respond to your inquiry. You may withdraw it by email. Depending on purpose and context, subsequent communications may rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you, compliance with legal obligations or the exercise of legal rights. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
4. Local storage and technical logs
We store your theme preference in browser local storage. Session storage records whether the opening animation has been shown. These records do not identify you to KVASH. The site does not include advertising or behavioral analytics tools. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps and technical request data to deliver and protect the service.
5. Service providers and sharing
When form delivery is enabled, Resend processes the data to deliver email. Hosting and email providers may also process information required to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Google Maps loads only after you choose to activate it; Google then receives technical connection data under its own policy. External links lead to services with their own practices.
6. Retention, security and transfers
Information is retained as needed to respond, follow up and meet legal obligations or exercise rights. It should then be deleted or anonymized. We use proportionate security measures and restricted access; no system eliminates every risk. Providers may process data outside Brazil. Where applicable, these operations must comply with LGPD mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers.
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability as regulated, withdrawal of consent and deletion of consent-based data, subject to legal exceptions. You may also object to unlawful processing and petition Brazil’s ANPD. Email collaboration@kvashlab.com; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity and protect your data.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or data processing. The version date appears on this page. Material changes to processing should be communicated appropriately.
